Wellness Check-in Platform is an AI-powered voice interview tool that helps companies monitor employee wellbeing through natural conversations instead of traditional surveys. Employees visit the interview page where an AI agent (powered
by Claude) conducts a 5-minute confidential check-in, asking about their mood, workload, stress levels, and concerns. The conversation uses ElevenLabs for voice synthesis and optionally displays an Anam avatar for a more human-like
experience. After each interview, the system analyzes the conversation to extract sentiment scores, key concerns, and recommended actions, storing everything in a Supabase database. HR managers and company leaders can then access a
dashboard to view aggregated insights across the organization—including sentiment trends over time, top concerns by department, and individual employee trend data—enabling them to proactively address workplace issues while maintaining
employee privacy through aggregated analytics.
