Project Description
We have built a system to manage debt collection and follow up on cases. The core innovation that our solution offers is an ai agent that can autonomously call the person in debt and come to a reliable solution together. The agent proactively offers solution such as a payment plans and context around why the debt is owned. The platform itself can send out a payment link for easy and direct payment. The entire case management in the platform allows for multiple smart hooks to make debt collection as efficient as possible while customising the entire flow to the needs of the people in the system.
