My name is Margaux Loncour. I am currently a student at 42 Belgium. Before joining 42, I completed a Bachelor in Business Engineering from KULeuven. I'm actively building my full-stack development toolkit, and I plan to leverage these skills to launch my own startup in the near future. In addition to my focus on computer science, I maintain a strong intellectual interest in philosophy, mathematics, and physics, and I actively teach the latter two to students in both high school and university.

Ever since watching a TEDx talk at 14, I’ve been fascinated by quantum computers. With my recent education, I learned how the observer effect: one of quantum mechanics’ key principles, where measuring a quantum state inevitably alters it, allows eavesdropping to be detected, forming the basis for unbreakable encryption protocols like quantum key distribution. I find this research area rare, especially where I live, and would love to connect with people that have expertise in this field.

Currently working on my school projects: one of them is developing a networked multiplayer game as a fully functional client-server application, the other one is a data‑science/ML project I have to implement a multivariate logistic‑regression classifier from scratch (without external ML libraries) to solve a classification problem Apart from that, I’m still developing the idea I want to pursue for my future startup.
